Finding Royal Harwich Yacht Club
Leave the A14 at the junction with the A137 and follow the sign towards Ipswich docks, down the hill passed the dry ski slope towards Fox's Marina.
Take the B1456 towards Shotley.
Proceed towards Woolverstone, and once inside 30mph zone look out for signs to "Marina" on the left.
The Club is on the right at the end of the long drive which passes through the Marina upper yard.
My car will be outside the club.................it has my logo on the side! 
Finding Pin Mill Sailing Club
Leave the A14 at the junction with the A137 and follow the sign towards Ipswich docks, down the hill passed the dry ski slope towards Fox's Marina.
Take the B1456 towards Shotley.
In Chelmondiston turn left into Pin Mill lane towards the end of the village. At the pub turn left to the sailing club. There is a car park in the lane and very limited parking at the club. Take care not to obstruct through traffic, including in the boatyards, or to park too near the water!

Finding Stream Cottage Pin Mill
Pin Mill is situated to the south east of Ipswich, on the Shotley peninsula in Suffolk
Ipswich is where the A12 from London crosses the A14, on route to Felixstowe
Leave the A14 at the junction with the A137 and follow the sign towards Ipswich docks, down the hill passed the dry ski slope towards Fox's Marina.
Take the B1456 towards Shotley.
Drive through Woolverstone and into CHELMONDISTON
Take the LEFT turn to PIN MILL, which is passed the shops and pubs.
Follow PIN MILL LANE passed the turning on the left to some modern houses and a narrow stretch of dense trees park in gravel lay-by on the RIGHT
Walk down the gravel driveway immediately opposite the lay-by and my offices on the left.It is a white summerhouse, just before the stream.
